Our History & Experience
Landscape One was formed in early 2008. After nearly thirty years in the landscape business, Dennis Drzewiecki had sold his previous company in 2005 and was raring to get back to work, despite the challenging economic outlook.
The new company had humble beginnings, but as the economy slowly recovered, Hugh was able to rehire much of the core talent that had built his old company. By 2014 commercial construction in the Southeast, and new multi-family development in particular, was clearly back, and back to stay for a while.
HOW WE DO IT BETTER:
Amongst our crews, we have foremen and crew members who have worked with us for more than twenty years. We love our work. The quality of work, and extraordinary production levels are ingrained into our company’s psyche, and envied by our competitors.
This, along with our longstanding relationships with key suppliers (our ability to purchase directly from growers at the optimum price point), and our acres of plant and tree inventory is what gives Landscape One its unique competitive edge.

Our customers are more than just another project. They are an integral part of our work family, and taking care of family is hard wired into our DNA. Our managers, our crews, our customers, are one big fun spirited professional family.
Working together with our customers on every job is a professional & fun collaboration with one goal. To provide a beautiful on budget landscape everyone can be proud of. We start out the door every morning with that plan in mind, and we get to work with good people and have fun doing quality work. Following that plan for years, we have seen many great things happen. We believe we have the best customers anywhere. Each job is a team effort, and there’s nothing we like more than knocking out a solid, successful landscape job with our work families that we know will look great for years to come.

We are exclusively engaged in general commercial landscape, hardscape, irrigation, drainage, and synthentic lawn installation, with a focus on the multi family industry.
